Tag paid sick leave

After weeks of anticipation and brewing legal challenges to the impending Missouri Earned Paid Sick Time Law, employers received some clarity from the Missouri Supreme Court. However, uncertainty surrounding the law remains in the form of pending legislation from the state legislature.

Paid sick leave initiatives are on the ballot and up for vote in three states that don’t necessarily jump off the page as home grounds for a potential paid sick leave mandate.
