Americans with Disabilities Act
Employers across the country have seen rising Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accommodation requests, and more cases are expected as return-to-office plans and vaccination policies are implemented. This issue of @Work features practical guidance on accommodation options, including remote work, job reassignment, ergonomic home workspaces, and much more.
Article & Column Submissions
The 2022 call for articles & columns is now open.
If you are interested in submitting a proposal for a column, article(s), or both, please fill out the proposal form. All columns and articles are awarded competitively based on the value and insight they provide to DMEC members.
The magazine covers a range of topics, including FMLA and ADA compliance, workplace mental health, integrated absence management, wellness, and much more. Columns are 550 words in length and run in each issue of the magazine. Articles range from 600 to 1,500 words and run in one issue of the magazine. Download our proposal guide for more information.
