All exhibitor information is to be submitted online through the DMEC Sponsor & Exhibitor Portal. All primary exhibit contacts received log in information via email. SEE FERN EXHIBITOR KIT FOR ADDITIONAL FERN DEADLINES.
- Jun. 12 — Early Bird prices for registration end. All registrations will increase in price.
- Jun. 26 — Company Details Due: Description/Logo/Contact Information (to be published in mobile app; required for all exhibitors & sponsors)
- Jun. 26 — Certificate of Insurance Due (required for all exhibiting companies)
- Jun. 26 — Event Terms of Participation Due (required for all exhibiting companies)
- Jun. 26 — Scavenger Hunt Question Due (required for all exhibiting companies)
- Jun. 26 — All Sponsor/Exhibitor Registrations Due

- July 3 — Advanced prices for registration end. All registrations will increase in price.
