The most frequent reason for leave at our organization is for the birth of a child, and we find these employees have a lot of questions about their benefit offerings well in advance of when they need to submit leave of absence paperwork. We already have the information available in our employee handbook and other internal resources, but employees don’t seem to utilize it there.
