DMEC Releases Plan Design Benchmarking Reports

DMEC members have frequently requested benchmarking information, and we were pleased to introduce our new plan design benchmarking reports in October 2021.

The eight benchmarking reports are a subset of the 2020 DMEC Employer Leave Management Survey, which was completed by 793 employers, and focus on plan design for workers’ compensation, short-term disability, long-term disability, paid leave, time off, and other company programs.

The available benchmarking reports are segmented by responses from companies with under 100 employees, 100-999 employees, 1,000-4,999 employees, and 5,000+ employees as well as those that represent healthcare, manufacturing, and non-profit/association industries. Additionally, one report showcases responses from all sizes and all industries, and each segmented report features an aggregate data comparison.
