DMEC Releases New AbsenceExemplar™ Benchmarking Dashboard

How do your leave benefits — including short-term disability, long-term disability, workers’ compensation, the federal Family and Medical Leave Act, paid parental leave, family care leave, time off programs, and attendance policies — compare with other companies in your size and industry categories?

DMEC’s new AbsenceExemplar™ Dashboard (Limited), which is exclusively available to DMEC member survey participants, is an interactive, self-service benchmarking tool that allows you to compare your programs with more than 1,000 unique employers that collectively represent all organizational sizes, U.S. states, and a broad range of industries.

The benchmarking dashboard allows you to filter responses by multiple industry categories, compare results with companies in your size category, download reports for internal presentations and benchmarking efforts, and more.

For additional benchmarking resources, read the @Work magazine article, Mirror, Mirror on the Wall: How Benchmarking Helps Determine the Fairest of Them All, and watch the webinar recording, Quantify This – A Guide to Benchmarking Best Practices.
