Soothe Anxiety About Returning to the Office

Many employers are slowly requiring employees to return to the workplace or plan to in the near future. Returning to the office while the pandemic continues to spread has, for months, been the subject of much debate; 64% of Americans still don’t feel comfortable going back into the office.1

For individuals who have been out on disability leave, the question is more complex with extra concerns. Many of these people have underlying conditions that put them at risk for a severe or even deadly reaction to the virus. Others are afraid to risk bringing the virus home and infecting loved ones. These concerns are a significant barrier — keeping individuals with disabilities from returning to work.
