Reports of burnout are on the rise. In fact, 44% of employees say they are more burned out on the job today than a year ago.1 This state of emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion is caused by excessive and prolonged stress. And as society slowly adapts to remote work as a new norm, the boundary between work and home life becomes increasingly blurred, and many employees experience excessive and prolonged stress from spending too much time working.
