New Benchmarking Report Available

Download the 2022 DMEC Absence Plan Design and Practices Benchmarking Report which includes expanded benchmarking data. With responses from 1,101 unique employers who collectively represent all organizational sizes, U.S. states, and a broad range of industries, this report features plan design data for workers’ compensation, short-term disability, long-term disability, the Family and Medical Leave Act, paid leave, time off, and other company programs.

Watch for more information in the coming months about our interactive benchmarking dashboard which will allow survey respondents to compare their company data against total respondents as well as those in their size and industry categories.
