Individual Pricing & Registration

Pricing for individuals who would like to register for the Certified Leave Management Specialist (CLMS) program is listed below. The course and exam packages include the CLMS Resource Guide, a companion piece (PDF) to the course material.

*The exam retake packages can only be purchased if you have already purchased the exam through another package and failed the two exam attempts provided. The exam retake only includes one exam attempt. The exam retake may only be purchased once.

Full refunds, less a $50 administrative fee, will be available for 30 days after purchase if the course/exam has not been started in the DMEC Learning Center. Refunds and credits will not be granted for failure to complete the online course and exam within the designated 180-day period (begins when registration/payment has been processed and the user’s DMEC Learning Center account is activated). Group Pricing and Registration

Group discounts are available exclusively to DMEC members. If five (5) or more individuals from an organization would like to register for the course and exam, please contact Jennifer Nelson at 800.789.3632 ext. 121 or jnelson@dmec.org.

  • 10 to 25 participants: $100 off each registration
  • 26-50 participants: $150 off each registration
  • 51-100 participants: $175 off each registration

Initial registration for group purchases must be handled by one designated “group contact person”. Once payment has been received (either by check or credit card), the group contact person will receive information about getting started which will include instructions on how individuals in the organization can register using the ”group discount code”.

Please note: The group discount code will not be activated until payment is received by DMEC. 

Group purchases of the CLMS online course and exam are discounted based on the number of registrations purchased at one time. Discounts are not cumulative for multiple group purchases (i.e., if you purchase five registrations initially and then six months later purchase another five registrations, the discount you receive for the second purchase will only be $50 per registration).
