DMEC membership is open to any organization that manages disability, risk, workers’ compensation, absence, health, and wellness for their employee populations or provides health, absence, insurance, and productivity-related products and services. As a member organization, all interested employees at your company can register as a DMEC member and will receive access to our trusted tools, resources, and networking opportunities.
DMEC’s current membership is comprised of more than 800 organizations from across the U.S. and Canada, representing over 12,000 absence and disability management professionals.
DMEC membership dues are based on the type of organization and the number of employees. Find the right membership type for your organization.
Please note: An organizational membership is for the business entity itself and does not include membership for subsidiary, affiliate, or sister companies operating under a separate brand name.
Employer member organizations manage disability, risk, workers’ compensation, absence, health, and wellness functions for their internal employee populations.
Employer membership categories, include:
Small Employer Membership | $330 per year
1,000 or fewer total (collective) employees in a national or international company
Mid-sized Employer Membership | $530 per year
1,001 to 10,000 total (collective) employees in a national or international company
Large Employer Membership | $630 per year
10,001 to 50,000 total (collective) employees in a national or international company
Jumbo Employer Membership | $730 per year
50,001 or more total (collective) employees in a national or international company
Supplier member organizations serve employers by providing health, absence, insurance, and productivity-related programs, services, and strategies.
Supplier membership categories, include:
Associate Supplier Membership | $430 per year
A national or international company with 50 or fewer employees
Corporate Supplier Membership | $830 per year
A national or international company with 51 or more employees
Individual memberships are available for professionals in the absence and disability community who are unable to purchase an employer or supplier organizational membership.
