Accommodating the Changing Expectations of Employees

The pandemic changed the workplace by accelerating certain trends. For example, employee burnout has led to greater interest in flexible working arrangements, work-life balance, mental and physical health support, and financial well-being. Employers must understand and accommodate these employee needs in order to attract and retain employees in the post-pandemic landscape.

Work-from-Home Accommodations

Today, remote and hybrid working arrangements have become standard in many industries, and some employees are reluctant to return to company offices five days a week. This trend has led to more flexible work arrangements as well as an increase in accommodation requests for remote work that can be challenging to navigate.
