Webinar Recording: Managing PFML Benefits Across Multiple States

Jai HookerResources, Tools & Tactics Archives

With an increasing number of states enacting paid family and medical leave (PFML) benefit laws, multistate employers are left on their own to find the best leave solutions for all employees. Understanding the differences in state-by-state laws can be confusing, and many times employees in voluntary PFML states may not have the same leave benefits as their colleagues in other states.

In this session, we helped employers navigate employee leave benefits across multiple states, understand their options, and what type of plans and service providers are available to them. We explored options for “leveling up” benefits for employees in voluntary PFML states. This session also provided an update on the status of PFML laws across the U.S.
