Webinar Recording: What Employers Need to Know About Caregiver Support

Jai HookerResources, Tools & Tactics Archives

Leave legislation continues to evolve, requiring employers to provide paid and unpaid protections to employees to care for themselves and their loved ones. In this session, we highlighted the different paid and unpaid federal, state, and local protections that support employees’ needs to care for others. From biological family to affinity relationships, we took a deep dive into the expansion of covered relationships across the benefit landscape and explored how employers can support employees as they work to protect their family not just for the present, but also for the future.
